The Moccamaster Classic brews up to 1.25L at a time and the copper boiler ensures a steady 90-95 Degree Celsius brew water temperature. The post brew hotplate with two settings and auto-timer keeps your brew nice and hot in between cups. 

Many of the Everyday staff have a Mocca on their kitchen bench and swear by it, if you want big brews and an easy, consistent way to make coffee, this is the way to do it.
